In 1986, I opened Forgone Treasures by Arlene Ann, Inc., in the Countyline Shopping Plaza at 15 Mile and Dequindre. The store included antiques, collectibles, jewelry, cards, and Christmas ornaments principally from Germany. My interest in ornaments was borne of my mother's collection. Forgone Treasures is year-round Christmas. In 2006, I will expand Forgone Treasures to the Internet allowing access 24/7 to each and everyone who has the same interest as I do.
